Mr. Michael Jeffrey Jordan born Feb 17th 1963 is my idol. period. What he did on and off the court is something to remember. Every day i wake up and the first face i see is that of Mr. Jordan's. I have numerous posters posted upon my wall. Jordan is my hero, he's my favourite player, he's my motivation and he's influenced me to the point where I want to follow in his footsteps. I play basketball a lot (everyday [rain, hail or shine]) and I want to play for North Carolina, and then go on to playing for the Chicago Bulls. But basketball Scholarships don't come easy here in my hometown of Brisbane. I am a part of the Jumpman23 site and also a member of the Air Jordan Breakfast Club. I wake up 5am and begin my daily basketball routine. Basketball is my life, and Mr. Jordan has become a part of my life in terms of motivation. It's safe to say the he will always be my idol regardless of how old I become. Being in the same room as Mr. Jordan is enough for me to faint and when I heard about this competition I was quick to enter. I want to make it big as a professional basketball player and play in the NBA. I've watched every Michael Jordan Video, DVD Documentary and it's developed my passion for the game and not to mention all the Michael Jordan clips on Youtube. Mr. Jordan is a role model for every athlete and to me Mr. Michael Jordan is more than a role model; he is my hero, my idol, and my main motivation to push myself and to succeed. I own one pair of Jordan's shoes they were a Christmas present and I adore them. I've had them for about 4 months and I keep them in best condition. I own a Jordan 23 Wizards Jersey and it is my most prized possession. If I won these Spizikes or XX3 it'll be the best present I've ever gotten. I'm 16 and attend Holland Park State High School in Brisbane, QLD and I play club basketball for Western Magic and before every game I do three things. Listen to the "If I could be like Mike" song, watch Jordan clips one after an other on my iPOD and remember if I fail today it will only make me stronger tomorrow

Mr. Michael Jordan is the greatest and I want to be like Mike. These shoes would mean the world to me and it would be great to own another pair of Michael Jordan's shoes

I want to meet Mr. Jordan, shake his hand, get some basketball tips and just be in his presence

Honestly speaking he is the only person that has made me cry when I watch his "Look Into My Eyes" commercials

I have extreme respect for Mr. Jordan. Respect that will never deteriorate
