Britains Got Talent winners DIVERSITY get their Adidas Superstar customs...

lets get down with these DIVERSITY kicks...

after their recent success on Britain's Got Talent i felt it only right to Design a pair of trainers on their behalf...

The only shoe that came to mind was the Adidas Superstar.. Fitting to the occassion and their abilities to entertain

I hope i did them justice, you lot watching can be the judge of that...









Boasting alot of tiny details, featuring portraits of all 11 members of the talented street dance group

painted in purples to match the groups regular colours

Affraid of Clowns?

Pennywise the dancing clown customs

a memorable line from the classic film IT. Every kids worst nightmare was a creepy clown. Not only that but one which turns into a spider. Pretty scary stuff if you ask me.




Stephen King nailed it back then but now its HEK's turn. Pennywise is no longer sneaking about in drain and plug holes hes jumping off the sides of your sneakers!






Ridiculous levels of detail like the shadow under his scaley green hand make him look just as real as he did on the screen. The red piping bringing it all together aesthetically. The box itself is a cool finish to the whole design...

HEKStyle is no clown thats for sure

Amy's hawaiian kicks...

also some tasteful HANNAH MONTANA customs...

but first, the Hawaiian's. Showing that HEKTIKicks offers the ultimate in unique personal designs...

HEK's graffiti background shines through with the "AMY" piece combining the colours of a summer Hawaii perfectly, again showing high levels and attention to detail with the portrait on the other shoe sitting on a background of a simplistic floral design. These kicks really do catch the eye.

I asked the man himself,

" they come as your first customs for girls. Not only that but suprisingly, considering where you began, your first customs with any form of graffiti. Can we expect more graff and designs for the girls in the future?"

HEK:

" Alot of people consider sneakers to be a male thing. They're wrong. Im not sure who dominates the market but just as many girls rock their customs and i was more than happy to get the ball rolling for the females. Amy, the customer also gave me a chance to include some graff styles on these kicks so again i was happy. I've got some girls designs ready to put down so keep a look out for them"








My eyes will most definately be watching this blog...

OK so onto the Hannah Montanas. Utilising a similar colour scheme to Amy's Hawaiian kicks these little size 4's are, how can you say, cute?

Going for the the outline of her face instead of a full on portrait keeps the design together preventing the shoes from looking too crowded. HEK again showing theres no limits, pulling off designs to suit anyones specific needs.

COD 4: MODERN WARFARE, S.A.S CUSTOMS

HEKStyle is taking no prisoners with these; the final instalment to the HEKTIKicks collection of 2008...

Call of Duty 4 went down as game of the year in 2007. Still popular as ever HEK see it only right to bring this classic to some kicks. S.A.S standing for special armed sneakers in this instance which could be considered an understatement. Combining a tight colourway that represents the colours of the S.A.S starting mission in the game, with highly detailed masked gun men. The contrast of dark and light makes them jump off the side of your feet with realism... almost as if your calling in your own S.A.S suprise attack with each step

i asked HEK: so why COD4?

"well yeah, as you said before its one of those ground breaking games that even i find time to pop some heads on. So many people play the game. When i was asked to come up with a design it was a good oppurtunity to break some grounds myself. The S.A.S theme was my first thought... im pleased with the final look. Expect alot more from me in 2009"

MIXED VENOM

Combined with the original art work these AIR FORCES customised for DJ GOZA are definately packing a poisonous kick. Again HEKStyle delivers outstanding colours that make you dribble as if it were candy

HEKTIKicks meets the Marvel Universe

an achievement in itself to be able to work alongside one of the most succesful comic series ever produced. HEK was over the moon when he was asked to produce Marvel customs for the second time. These were included in URBAN SPECIES shows in NEW YORK and LONDON. When asked about this achievement HEK simply answered "long may it continue"...then went on to describe, " i was pleased with the outcome but it was a shame i only had 4 days to complete the bunch. i would like to have spent more time creating a whole shoe customisation with a full colourway... definatey next time"

Modest as he is... although lacking the full colourway to compliment the detailed characters these certainly hit the target and any Marvel fanatics would be inspired to walk the streets like a hero in these HEKTIKicks

A TAZMANIAN DEVIL SPIT SHINE…

… wont be needed here on these sparkling clean customs. Simplistic Taz design and a colour scheme of purple, black, white and silver blend effortlessly to give any passer by an eyegasm

HEKSmaaaaaaaaaaash!

Yes yes HEK is back and he’s certainly smashed it. Joining forces with one of the most renound comic companies, "Marvel" HEK has produced these kicks and we can marvel over these most def! Someone is tearing up the pavement wearing these Incredible Hulk/ Captain America customs.

Fans of HEKStyles bold colour, highly detailed art work wont be disappointed after getting their eyelids round these NIKE AIR FORCE’s.

I needn’t say another word. The shear aggression on the faces of these two MARVEL super heroes says it all…
