Each shoe in a pillow case.
In the washing machine.
Touch of detergent (tiny amount)
Hot wash with long spin cycle.
Stuff em with a bit of paper to shape.
Allow to dry naturally over a few days.
They'll look like new.

Nah. Never tried on suede.
Delicate wash should be ok.
Never harmed any if my other runners.
