For the uninitiated, EQT is a revered series of runners and accessories that existed within the adidas line-up in the early ‘90s. EQT stood for ‘Equipment’ and like a Lamborghini Countach, they were designed to deliver the ultimate in uncompromising performance. By combining manufacturing excellence with definitive colourways, EQT was also destined for the exclusive end of the sports store. They weren’t cheap in the ‘90s, and they’re certainly not cheap now, with vintage prices well in excess of 1000 euros. And up.
The slogan said it all: ‘The Best Of adidas’.
