BIG DADDY KANE

Kane started working with Biz Markie in the early 80’s before joining the Juice Crew with super producer Marley Marl. Marl signed him to his Cold Chillin’ Records label where he provided Hip-Hops “Golden Era” (86-93) with many of its best tracks. “Raw”, “Step Off”, “Ain’t No Half Steppin’”, “Warm It Up Kane” and “Smooth Operator” were all big hitters. His ability to flow seamlessly over up-tempo funky beats set him apart from other emcees. He has recorded seven albums to date including Long Live The Kane and It’s A Big Daddy Thing.

DOUG E. FRESH
The first human beat-box, and still the best, Doug E. Fresh amazed audiences with his note-perfect imitations of drum machines, effects, and often large samples of hip-hop classics. His introduction to most hip-hop fans came with his astonishing performance in Beat Street, a 1984 movie. By 1985, Fresh was one of the biggest names in rap music, recording with his Get Fresh Crew and Slick Rick. His first LP Oh, My God! featured "Play This Only at Night" and "All the Way to Heaven". His second, The World's Greatest Entertainer, broke him into the mainstream scene.
