SO WHAT’S UP WITH THE CONVERTIBLE DUNK? WILL THEY EVER COME OUT?
Everyone who I’ve given a pair of (Convertible) Considered Dunks to has loved them and asked if they can get another pair. For travel they’re great. With the heel part down, they are really easy to get on and off for airport security and secure enough to run in with the heels up. They’re also way more comfortable than normal Dunks and not hot and stiff like the originals. After you’ve worn these Dunks you’ll never want to go back to the old ones.

AND FINALLY, I KNOW YOU READ THE INTERVIEW WITH TORI ORZEK ON OUR SITE. I TAKE IT YOU WERE LESS THAN HAPPY WITH TORI CLAIMING CREDIT FOR DESIGNS THAT A BIG GROUP OF YOU WORKED ON?
‘Less than happy?’ Sure, you could say that. Tori is a good guy, I’m sure, but I saw the story somewhat differently. For many years I’ve managed to stay mostly invisible as a designer and that’s how I like it. I doubt many people care one way or the other about a story like this but I thought I’d chime in and tell the story how I see it.

ARE YOU GONNA TAKE HIM OUT NEXT TIME YOU SEE HIM?
Really, it’s all water under the bridge to me. I just like to try to give credit where credit is due, which I’ll always ultimately fail at. You would all be surprised at how much work has to be done at all levels to create cool products.
