Paving the way for a more sophisticated outlook, Japanese designer
Ato Matsumoto launched his eponymous menswear label back in 1993.
Inspired by European collections, Ato set out to articulate a individually
striking style, albeit with a conservative, urban texture.
Ato's makeover of the Lacoste Indiana Hi features unmistakable black suede
with patent pops contrasted by a stark white midsole. Featuring extra high-flying
tongues and a quartet of leather heel straps, Ato brings a touch of Japanese flavour
to the French tennis brand.
