D.I.Y McFLY HANDMADE SNEAKERS

...Soon I was looking for a professional shoemaker. Each craftsman told me that they would have to use an original shoe underneath, which needless to say, I was not happy with. After about one year I found a guy who told me he could do it the way I wanted them, but the costs were a worry.  After six months of saving money, I called the guy back and then we started building them together. It took another six months all up to complete the shoe.

I have to ask... what did it cost to make the shoes?
They were really expensive, but I have to say, they are built exactly for my feet from an orthopedic shoemaker. All in all I spent almost US$4000 for them!

GTFO! Are you crazy? Are they wearable?
Yes you can wear them everyday but for me they’re more like a pair to put in my showcase. They’re too expensive to just wear them for fun! I wear them sometimes at home but that’s it. I’m pretty sure you would get killed for this pair of sneakers if you wore them in public.
