SEKURE D'S GUIDE TO CUSTOMISING SNEAKERS

Always use Angelus leather paint. I buy mine from www.turtlefeathers.net and it’s the only place I recommend. The site looks pretty out of date, but it has all the paints you’ll needs as well as stacks of other products that will be handy, such as suede dyes.

Here’s some other essential tools:

• Angelus Duller
(also from www.turtlefeathers.net)

• Woodburner (you can get them from eBay or from a furniture maker)

• Acetone (hardware stores - No longer available from Chemists)

• Cotton balls, Q-Tips (cotton buds) or Scotch Bright pads

• Liquitex Matte Varnish

• Pencils

• Gloves

• Copic Markers

• Stencils

• Mixing jars

• Brushes
