ADIDAS X JEREMY SCOTT MICKEY HI
It's true... it's the year of Jeremy Scott and adidas. This year got me excited about adidas again - it's that plain and simple! Despite my loyalty and huge collection of the brand, I started to grow tired of what was being put out there (besides the Stars Wars collection). That was until the Jeremy Scott and adidas partnership blossomed even more (as did my sneaker collection). I'm a big fan of the crazy, statement pieces and that's what Scott has done for adidas. I'm a big kid at heart and sometimes you think you're getting too old to get away with certain affiliations. But Scott throws that theory out the window and puts kicks back into the equation of ‘anything goes on anybody but only if you dare to wear'. His design reached hyped dimensions this year with not only the continuation of the JS Wings but the kiddy Teddy Bear kicks and my favourites... the JS Mickey Hi. Oh Mickey you're so fine! Now I finally have Mickey on my feet to match my Disneyland Minnie ears from Tokyo! Seeing these babies got me dribbling like a 5 year old kid again. Who would think to put Mickey on the tongue? Jeremy Scott = Genius! These are the kind of kicks that everyone smiles about regardless of age. A classic pair of a classic Disney icon. Jeremy Scott... thank you!
