2010 - BEST OF THE BEST SNEAKERS
JORDAN 1 and 6.0 MAVRK 2 MID
One of my best sneakers for 2010 is the all-black Jordan 1 with premium leather and nylon. I never saw them in the US and picked them up while I was on tour in Japan. The Jordan 1 is one of my all-time favorites, but this particular colorway just blew me away... the details in the material gave it a complex feel, but because it was all-black it felt simple at the same time.
So psyched on those and I definitely got plenty of use out of them too! My other pick for the year is the 6.0 Mavrk 2 Mid. It’s one of the main shoes I ride in. Looks good, lightweight and it’s flexible. I think I’ve customized around 30 pairs of them on NIke iD! Some of the basic colors are cool. I liked the all-red pair with the white swoosh. But it just means a lot to be able to customize them. My favorite color is this khaki and pink pair that I did a while back. There’s just something about being able to put it together and then it shows up in the mail!
