Billed as the World’s Greatest Swapmeet, Sneaker Freaker finally threw down a massive flea-market the likes of which the globe has never seen! With most of us rolling in on zero shut-eye, it was the thrill of turning unwanted trash into cash that kept us all from nodding off into siesta-land. With thousands of punters ambling through the doors, this was our biggest and best swapmeet to date! Every man and his dog (literally) wandered down to Rose St where Sneaker Freaker kept onlookers laced with free mags. With dozens of bike frames, crates of vinyl and piles of proddy on display, it was the chrome BMXs that left most of us dreaming of better days, although the more 'contemporary' single speeds also got plenty of attention. From vintage adidas zip-ups to Jordan jumpers, logo tees to Starter jackets, there was literally something for everyone to sweat over! Big ups to all the traders as well as all our interstate guests and lastly, everyone that took the stroll and left with a bargain! Massive thanks go to Hans DC and Adam/Chris at Rose St Markets.
