The 5th annual Brissy Swap & Cop this year was threatened by looming dark skies and potential downpour, but heads prevailed for what turned out to be a massive event! It all went down at the wide open King George Square this past Saturday, turning out a horde of stalls and marquees fronting an epic selection of sneakers, tees, snapbacks, threads and rare gems. Lucky attendees walked away with stacks of giveaways, from sneakers to keyrings to tees from the likes of Nike, adidas, Vans and Asics. One sneakerhead even scored a limited edition ZM925 sterling silver Dunk necklace by guessing the amount of mini sneakers there were in a jar! Also on hand was a BMX and Fixie Show and Shine as well as tasty beats by various DJs.
